My "new" copy of Stranglehold was part of the 00.1% :(
Screw ever throwing my money away at Gamestop again. If it ain't sealed, it ain't brand new.
The feeling of entitlement here is insane. I'm at the point where I want to buy more used games just to spite these people.
I don't know about that - Yojimbo isn't even 2 hours long.
I've seen a couple of those Akira Kurasawa movies like Ran. That's an extremely long film, but it's really light on dialog.
Metal Gear feels much more like anime, where your characters give you way more information than you really need.
I wouldn't have minded the 4 hours of cutscenes if they weren't so goddamn stupid.
Speaking of creativity, it's ANOTHER FUCKING LIST from gameslist.com!!!
I do agree with most of this, though. Starkiller sounds like something a pissed off 14 year old would come up with.
I'm surprised there are people in the gaming world who are absolutely begging for remakes. It's the exact opposite on the film side of things. Read about a classic movie you love being remade, and you're crushed. It's like hearing your dog was just run over.
I can't take critics seriously after GTA 4. Hope they made their sponsors happy.

WOOOOOOOOO WOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Looks like they put a good five minutes into the artwork...how'd they manage to make zombies in Las Vegas look so damn boring?
Cover art aside, I can't wait for this game.
This is how they marketed the Wii. People like silly.
Neither one is that great.
Old Cole has no personality, New Cole seems like a douche.
How does your thumb slip off an analog stick? This is approaching Snuggie-level of uselessness.
Cole delivered packages for a living, and one of his packages basically had a bomb in it. It blows up, crippling him and killing her sister.
Somehow, she turns this into, "Cole killed my sister."
Arrrrrghhh, I hate Trish!
Some of these articles might be a little dramatic, but I expect people to be outraged over this. If you buy used games, EA is sticking it to you.
It's pretty ridiculous for someone to have to make three separate payments just to play a used xbox game online.
If you're going to reject something based on a fast food tie-in, you'd better stop going to movies.
I dunno, maybe something like Iron Man or Toy Story is already too "American."
Zeke was alright, but he makes such an out-of-left-field decision in the end of the game. It's just a really dumb twist that brings the whole game down.
People should be hating Cole's smelly pirate hooker girfriend, Trish. What a stupid bitch. He should have kicked her to the curb and gotten with the evil chick you fight in the sewer. She was hotter and a much nicer person.
Playstation Move will redefine hardcore.
IGN gave it a bad review...and that's about it.
If the whole Metacritic thing really matters to you, the general consensus is that Deadly Premonition is, "pretty good" to "awesome," - but those aren't really accurate descriptions of how incredible this game is.
Destructoid should have grown a pair and given it AT LEAST an 11/10.
I think he was being too easy on Heavy Rain and too hard on Deadly Premonition.
The ps3 controller is way better, but neither one is that great for fighting games - the ps3 d-pad will destroy your thumb.
Arcade sticks will make you feel kind of nerdy, but they're really the way to go.
They were the only place in town where I could find one new copy for $20, versus a bunch of used copies for $19 something...I'm sure you know all about that if you work there. Anyway, I didn't want to drive back, complain about a couple of scratches, and get my money back - I wanted to play Stranglehold, dammit.
It WAS my fault for assuming their games with big "NEW" stickers on them were actually new.
Game insurance sounds like a waste of m...
